Information Collected and Processed

When using HairCRM, account, contact, customer relationship, and integration data required to provide the service may be processed.

This information may include data provided by the user through their HairCRM account, as well as data obtained through official APIs from supported third-party services connected to HairCRM.

Instagram and Meta Integration

HairCRM allows businesses to connect their own Instagram Professional accounts to HairCRM through the official Meta and Instagram APIs.

The Instagram connection is established only after the account owner or an authorized user grants permission through the official authorization screen provided by Meta.

HairCRM does not request, store, or directly access the password of the Instagram account.

As part of the integration, depending on the permissions granted, information related to the Instagram account such as the username, profile information, account ID, and data required for messaging may be processed.

Instagram Messages

When an Instagram Professional account is connected to HairCRM, direct messages sent to that account may be displayed and stored within HairCRM so that authorized users can manage customer communications.

Message data may include information required to manage communications, such as message content, sending time, message direction, sender information, and supported media links.

Replies sent through HairCRM are delivered to the relevant Instagram user through the official Instagram API.

Purposes of Data Processing

Processed data may be used for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating HairCRM services,
• Managing Instagram messages through the CRM,
• Tracking communications with customers and potential customers,
• Allowing users to access relevant data according to their authorization levels,
• Identifying technical issues and maintaining system security,

Data Storage and Security

Data processed within HairCRM may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service.

Access controls, authorization mechanisms, and appropriate technical security measures are implemented to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, data loss, or misuse.

Instagram and Meta access credentials are not openly exposed to users’ browsers and are used only to the extent necessary for the integration to function.

Third-Party Services

HairCRM may integrate with third-party services, such as Instagram Platform services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., in order to provide certain features.

The respective privacy policies and data processing terms of these services also apply.

User Rights and Data Deletion

Users may request information regarding their personal data processed within HairCRM and may request the correction or deletion of such data in accordance with applicable laws.
